ICE Development Ltd. is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our employees, their families, sub-contractors, clients, and the community as a whole. We take pride in staying abreast of all the updates and recommendations provided by BC Health Ministry and the BC Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry.

During this pandemic we were made aware of the safety procedures that must be in place to establish a safe work environment for all. These COVID 19 Procedures are being reviewed and updated frequently to ensure we as a team do not cause harm to anyone.

Construction was determined to be one of the essential services, as such we have created and implemented policies and procedures to follow strictly. This is to ensure no outbreak occurs on or from any ICE Development Ltd. project or main office. These policies and procedures are developed to extend into our personal lives to minimize the footprint of this pandemic.

ICE Development Ltd. has decided to implement stricter controls on behalf of all the communities we are working in. All our sites have provisions for washing hands with hand soap, disinfection procedures of all touch surfaces, mandatory face masks to enter our sites or offices, whether you work outside or not. We have established self-distancing protocols and segregation of crews, where possible, to minimize the spread of potential virus droplets.

All ICE Development Ltd. construction sites have increased their disinfection and good hygiene rules. The sites all have ability to screen all who enter via questionnaires and screen temperature checks. We hold regular safety/employee discussions to remind all of us how serious this pandemic is and work together to mitigate the spread or a potential outbreak from occurring.
